Programming OTP procedure :
receive the sound source (wave/mp3 format ) from customer . edit from
computer and send to customer approval. connect the programming tool
to computer by usb port . open the bin file from computer and down load
programming tool.
connect the programming tool to tester to ready brun IC chip.
press the start button to brun the OTP board.
After the OTP board was programmed. user can soldering the button holder and speaker and other component on the board . after then paste the PCB board on the lable.

1. How to produce a sound module ?
we search our data base to match what the sound you looking for when you gave us your idea , since we have standard voice and melody .If your sound is not the standard . then it need to customer made .
2. How to customer made the sound module ?
Customer need to provide us their own sound file .
3. What the sound format ?
wave or MP3/MP4 or other is acceptable.
4. How long to make the sample ?
5-7 days.
5. How to start production the sound module ?
It is depend on what is the order quantity , normally , we will advise customer to do the small quantity order by OTP chip.and larger quantity order produced by mass IC chip .
6. What is the mean OTP amd Mass IC chip.
The OTP that mean is the one time programming IC chip , it is progrm the IC chip each by each bruned by factory of computer.so it is lower order quantity request , but the IC chip price is more higher.For the Mass IC chip that mean the IC chip is made by machine from IC manufacturer , So the minimium order is large , but the IC unit price is lower.Also, the IC minimium order quantity which is depend on how the IC chip timing . longer period time that the IC MOQ is lower than short period time IC chip.
7. What your will do after the IC chip was made ?
Our factory will layout the PCB board and bonding the IC chip on board ,after that worker will soldering all of components on the PCB board and test it’s function according to the customer request.then, packing the sound module and book the ship to ship out.
